This beautiful set of three Cinderella Bowls is currently (10/2007) only known by a single example owned by Merebearlandon. In fact, having discussed this set a bit on the Flickr group, we all are still unsure whether or not it is actually a rare promotional or a unique prototype item that accidentally was let out of the Corning plant. According to Merebearlandon, they were purchased from a seller who found them in the basement of a Corning employee near the Charleroi plant in Pennsylvania and were actually boxed (although the box itself was ruined). So we are theorizing that the story could possibly be true - no one has seen another example of this exact pattern. If you happen to have one, please contact us!

The pattern consists of light blue colored plants with flowers that resemble Dianthus (hence the name that has been given to this pattern). According to Merebearlandon, they are actually not the same type of blue as Horizon Blue or Turquoise - but they are actually a much lighter baby blue or sky blue.

There are 3 Cinderella style mixing bowls in the set, a 441 1.5 pint, 442 1.5 quart and 443 2.5 quart bowl. The smallest and larger bowls have the pattern in blue on white, while the middle bowl is a reversed white pattern on blue.
