These are fairly common individual casseroles that we have seen come in either the Flamingo Pink shown here, or lime green. Sometimes they are called ramekins. They are also sometimes confused with the smaller square hostess or salad set bowls / ramekins as well, although to our knowledge those never came in flamingo pink or lime green.

These also usually come with lids though most often then not you will find them without. They are marked as #080 on the bottom and hold 8 ounces. I just realized it’s difficult to see the relative size of this casserole compared to the full size 2 quart one, so I’ve put some mini size snack bars from Halloween in one of them to show it below:
