Upcoming changes
Some site news for Pyrex Love: you may have noticed a few new things about the site in the last few months. We’ve added a limited search functionality to the site using google, as well as updated and added quite a few patterns in the picture reference. We also hope to have more new features coming up toward the end of the new year as time allows. We are planning on changing the functionality of the pattern page so you can view them by promotional or standard patterns - need to figure out how to do that in the code though!
Also, we may split the tableware patterns onto their own page, or at least put them separately from normal patterns. We are also trying to write more of the FAQ as we go along. And lastly, we eventually want to have some sections for international Pyrex: Canadian, British, and Australian/Agee! We’ll probably really need help with that, though, as we only have a few of those pieces ourselves.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed pictures to the main site or to the flickr group. It has enabled us to expand the reference quite a bit. We especially love to see Pyrex items with their original boxes, so if you own any of these please contribute a picture… thanks!

Hi there,
Thanks for such a wonderful and informative site. There is Canadian Pyrex ?? Ok, I live in Canada and I just starting to collect Pyrex and I was always under the impression that any Pyrex bought here in Canada was made in the United States or Canada but not that there were pieces exclusive to Canada.
If you happend to have a description or pics of “Canadian Pyrex” I would love to see or hear about them. I will also keep a close watch in my own Pyrex search for individual pieces.
Thanks a bunch !!!!!

ellen - there is definitely Pyrex that was exclusively made in Canada, or some that is much easier to find in Canada. We’re in California so we don’t get to see hardly any of the pieces. We don’t have a special section yet because of that. But if you look on Ebay, there are quite a few pieces - many are the “delphite” colored pieces.
Also, if you look on our Flickr group there are some members with more than a few pieces from Canada. Also, you may want to look up CindyMuffin on Flickr who is also from Canada and is very knowledgeable about Pyrex, Corelle and Corning in general.

I am interested in finding out about my collection of British Pyrex - ‘Autumn Glory’ - as I understand it - the factory in Sunderland has closed - I believe the particular design I have is from the 1960’s - anyone out there have any old catalogues with what items were made in this pattern
Thanking you
